Introducing the Character Creator


Hey everyone! I’m excited to share the latest update on my character creation system. 

This is a completely revamped version, now fully dynamic, allowing for easy updates and a wide range of character customization options. 

The new character creator is built from the ground up with flexibility and scalability in mind. Using a specific naming convention set in Blender, new morphs can be added in seconds. Unlike the static system I created two years ago, this version automatically integrates new morphs, making it easier to expand.


Right now, the system includes two initial morph sliders: breast size and eyelash length, under 'Body' and 'Face' categories, respectively. While basic, these show how new morphs will be organized and controlled within the interface. As I add more morph targets, this dynamic setup will give players a rich and customizable character experience.


In the video above, I showcase the proof of concept, how easily I can make new categories and sliders.


Like the previous one, this one is inspired by Skyrim's RaceMenu mod. I wanted to create something equally versatile but easier to expand.  

By naming the morph inside Blender with the following scheme (category)/(slider name), the system can detect new morphs and automatically assign them. I’m excited to see how this dynamic framework can scale as more customization options are added!

Next up, I'll be adding more morphs to expand the body and facial customization options. I’ll also be refining the UI and adding quality-of-life features to make the system even more user-friendly.

However, I still want to work out some stuff and add more morphs before releasing, this post is merely an update. But I'm planning to release it very soon.
